Rajun Bull Marching Band Bloomi

We are happy to announce generous support by Chili's and Bloomingdale Pizza for the Bloomingdale Rajun Bull Band and Crimson Dolls. Both restaurants will give back a percentage of sales on designated days which will get credited to your particular student's account.

Rajun Bull Band Chili's Fundraiser Nights are the 2nd Tuesday of each month till we leave for London, on 9/14, 10/12, 11/9 & 12/14. For the next 2 dates - September 14th & October 12th, Chili's will draw a lucky student from the receipts on those days to receive an additional $100 to their band account.   The more relatives, friends & neighbors that eat at Chili's (including takeout) that day, the better the chances to win the $100!

For those of you new to band, on Chili's fundraiser dates, Chili's - Lithia location only - gives 10% of Bloomingdale Band sales (on that date only) to the band, which in turn gets credited to your student's band account.   You must tell your server or order taker that you are participating in the Bloomingdale Band fundraiser and your student's name in order to receive the credit. You can use the coupon located on the band website www.bloomingdaleband.org (disregard the dates on the coupon) or ask your server to put your student's name on the back of the receipt for their credit.

Our Bloomingdale Pizza dates are 9/15/10, 10/13/10, 10/27/10, 11/10/10, 12/8/10, 1/12/11, 1/26/11, 2/9/11, 2/23/11, 3/9/11 & 5/11/11 which are all early release days.   Bloomingdale Pizza credits 15% of the purchase to the band, which also gets credited to your student's account when you give your student's name. Be sure the student's name gets put on the receipt.

Do's and Don'ts

Do email or hand out Chili’s flyers to people you know - friends, family, neighbors, co-workers
Don't blanket areas with your student's flyers on cars in parking lots, schools, stores, etc. In particular, we may not distribute flyers in Chili’s parking lot or hand them out at the door.

Do keep flyers on hand, in your car, etc. in case last minute take-out opportunities arise. Restaurant websites will be listed on the band website for your access.

Don't forget to fill in your student's name on Chili's flyers and to give Bloomingdale Pizza your student's name to get your credit. The student’s name must be given at the time of purchase.
